Hva dette har med jul å gjøre? Alt, hvis du spør meg. Det handler om tro og overtro, håp, fremtidstro, tanker og funderinger om hvem er vi, hvor kommer vi fra, hvor går vi - og at det finnes mer mellom himmel og jord og høyere oppe enn noen aner. Forfatteren Arild Edvardsen er evangelist og jeg deler ikke hans tolkning av de funnene han beskriver så grundig - men det er utrolig fascinerende. Hans største svakhet er at han bombastisk avviser det hans egne utlegninger leder rett opp til. Det er etter min overbevisning overhode ingen motsetninger mellom kreasjon og eksplosjon - hvorfor skulle det være det? Alle som har vert på Lanzarote ser den sammenhengen der. Og utenomjordisk intelligens er bare logisk når man tar med alle indisiene som har samlet seg over hele verden opp gjennom tidene. Jeg selv tror på en skaperkraft selv om jeg overhode ikke tror på kirkens versjon av det hele - og særlig ikke det selektive utvalget av evangelier. Rett og slett fordi det hele koker ned til dette: Hvem skapte det som skapte The Big Bang? Det at vi er alene og at det ikke eksisterer utenomjordisk intelligens, det har jeg rett og slett ingen som helst tro på. Og jeg ser overhode ingen motsetninger der - spørsmålet er bare: Hvem, hva & hvor er denne skaperkraften, og hva er utenfor Universets grenser. Det siste er spesielt spennende å fundere på. Maybe they live on Planet x and maybe not, but if they do, maybe they have something to do with the ancient myths. the mathematics, the scientific evidence that the ancient people of Earth knew things that we only recently have re-discovered - or havent yet. And I see no contradictions there - the question is: Who, what & where is this Creator, and what is outside the boundaries of the universe. And no, I don't believe in a cruel God or a judging God og a savior.
