Kaffilefse


2 dl sukker
2 dl smør, smeltet
2 dl sirup
3 dl seterrømme
3 dl kefir
1 stk egg
0,5 ss natron
1 ss hornsalt

Fyll: Smørkrem (like deler smør og melis, tilsett kanel)

Lefse-story

2 dl sugar
2 cup butter, melted
2 dl syrup
3 dl sour cream
3 dl kefir or cultured milk
1 egg
0.5 tablespoons baking soda
1 tablespoon hornsalt

Filling: Buttercream (butter, icing sugar & cinnamon)

That looks delicious. I would never have thought of putting cinnamon in butter icing, but I can see that it would work well.
